The process for cold press involves stretching the elevator guide rail thus shaping its structure. Machining involves stripping the edgings of the guide rail.

With sandblasting, sand is propelled against the surface. The first step to performing sandblasting is pouring the sand into the sandblasting machine. Sandblasting machines have a chamber on top in which the sand is poured. The sandblasting machine is then connected a conventional air compressor that, when activated, propels the sand out through a handheld nozzle.

The straightening machine is used for straightening hot-rolled or forged round bars. It can be used as a single unit or linked in a finishing line. 

The cutting line is used for solving any possible cutting matters concerning elevator guide rails. It takes a little time to position the cut, granting the higher accuracy between the hole center and the end of the cut. The cut has got no burrs and burns and keeps a perfect squareness.

Cooling beds take place at the end of rolling mill. The cooled bars at the bottom go to shears to be cut to proper lengths.
